The purification systems by Omnitek have different and wide typologies of filters, certified and with high filtration efficacy; they are able to satisfy the different necessities of air treatment:

FILTERS HEPA H12-H13

  • HOSPITAL FILTER HEPA, CLASS H12-H13(L)
  • CERTIFICATION: EN 1822
  • EFFICIENCY H13 >= 99,95% 0,22 um - 190 m3/h ( 112 cfm)
  • EFFICIENCY H12 >= 99,50% 0,16 um - 475 m3/h ( 280 cfm)
  • SURFACE OF FILTERING MATERIAL: 5 m2
  • LENGHTH: extra long thanks to the high capacity of filtration
  • Bearing of filter in expanded polyurethane no ozone, no CFC
  • SECTORS OF USE: HOSPITALS, RESEARCH CENTRES, CHEMICAL LABORATORIES, CENTRES OF MICROBIOLOGY, OPERATING THEATRES, ISOLATION WARDS AND UNITS (TBC), ORGAN TRANSPLANT
  • CONFIGURATION FILTER HEPA H12-13: the filters HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) prevent the contamination particle, they are made up of microfibres sheets of glass refolded many time to increase the filtering surface; the capacity and efficiency of holding particles of 0,3 micron of diameter is between 99,% and 99,97% (viruses and bacteria till the size of 0,16 um).

  • PRE FILTER THIN DUSTS, CLASS F8(S)
  • CERTIFICATION: EN1822
  • EFFICIENCY >= 55% 0,3 um
  • SURFACE OF FILTERING MATERIAL: 2,8 m2
  • SPECTRUM OF FILTRATION: THIN AND THICK DUST, SPORES OF FUNGUS, ALLERGENS, HAIRS, POLLEN, ACARUS
  • SECTORS OF USE: HOSPITALS, RESEARCH CENTRES, CHEMICAL LABORATORIES, CENTRES OF MICROBIOLOGY, OPERATING THEATRES, ISOLATION WARDS AND UNITS (TBC), ORGAN TRANSPLANT
  • CONFIGURATION PRE-FILTER F8: it prevents the contamination particle of microdust, it is made up of microfibres sheets of glass refolded many times to increase the filtering surface; the capacity and efficiency of holding particles of 0,3 micron of diameter is higher or equal to 55%.

  • SPECTRUM OF FILTRATION: BACTERIA, VIRUSES, ALLERGENS, PARTICLES OF SMOKE, SPORES
  • SECTORS OF USE: HOSPITALS, RESEARCH CENTRES, CHEMICAL LABORATORIES, CENTRES OF MICROBIOLOGY, OPERATING THEATRES, ISOLATION WARDS AND UNITS (TBC), ORGAN TRANSPLANT

  • SPECTRUM OF FILTRATION: HIGH CONCENTRATIONS OF VOC, ODOURS, CIGARETTES SMOKE, YHDROCARBON COMBUSTION, ACETONES, ALCOL, NITROGEN OXIDES AND DIOXIDES CARBON, AROMATIC COMPOUNDS, OZONE, ACIDS (SULPHURIC, SULPHIDE, ACETIC, HYDROCHLORIC), BENZENE, AMMONIA, TURPENTINE, PHENOL, MEC
  • SECTORS OF USE: HOSPITALS, RESEARCH CENTRES, CHEMICAL LABORATORIES, CENTRES OF MICROBIOLOGY, OPERATING THEATRES, ISOLATION WARDS AND UNITS (TBC), ORGAN TRANSPLANT, HOME ENVIRONMENTS, OFFICES
  • CONFIGURATION GAS FILTERS: holding of a wide spectrum of gas and chemical polluting substances. They prevent the contamination of gas, odours, acids, VOC and dangerous substances. The granules of active coal treated according to the different methods can absorb the molecules of airdispersed products.

POST FILTER

  • COVERS FOR THIN DUSTS, CLASS F7(S)
  • EFFICIENCY >= 85% 0,3 um
  • SURFACE OF FILTERING MATERIAL: 0,5 m2
  • SPECTRUM OF FILTRATION: THICK AND THIN DUST, SPORES OF FUNGUS, ALLERGENS, HAIRS, POLLEN, ACARUS, BACTERIA
  • SECTORS OF USE: HOSPITALS, RESEARCH CENTRES, CHEMICAL LABORATORIES, CENTRES OF MICROBIOLOGY, OPERATING THEATRES, ISOLATION WARDS AND UNITS (TBC), ORGAN TRANSPLANT
  • CONFIGURATION POST FILTER: it prevents the contamination particle of microdust, it is made up of microfibres sheets of glass refolded many times to increase the filtering surface; the capacity and efficiency to hold particles of 0,3 micron of diameter is higher or equal to 85%. The post filter is charged in electrostatic way to avoid remission in environment of chemical and gas substances, particles and every residual.
  • SPECIFIC CERTIFICATION: EN779 CLASS F7 FOR USE AS POSTFILTER AFTER PHASE OF ABSORPTION OF ACTIVE COALS.

OMNI-PF40 set

A set of pre-filters for thick dust (class filters G4). It prolongs the duration of filters that already exist in the air purification system. OMNI-PF40 is ideal for those environments with a high concentration of thick dust. Filter in synthetic/steel material.
